Speak with Our Franchise Development Team

Following our first phone call or email, speaking with our franchise development team provides a chance for you to learn more about us and for us to learn more about you. We’ll review territory availability, give you a general overview of our company, go over franchise investment information, and answer any questions. We’ll also get acquainted with you, by going over your background and your goals in owning a design/build landscape architecture contracting franchise.

Submit Confidential Information Request Form

You will be asked to fill out a confidential form that helps us better understand your plans, education, professional experience, and finances.

• This is an opportunity to combine your education, experience, drive, and determination with our established reputation, industry expertise, and dedicated support.

• Currently working on or having already earned your landscape architecture degree is a great start toward becoming a FireSky franchisee. Further education or experience in the residential landscape field can also help you succeed.

Review the Franchise Disclosure Document

You will receive the franchise disclosure document (FDD) to review. The FDD will help you evaluate the franchise opportunity and investment costs, and it includes a financial performance representation of our existing territories.

• Initial investments and ongoing fees enable us to deliver training and ongoing support to help fuel the future of your business.

• As a FireSky Franchisee, you’ll enjoy protected territory for residential projects.

Secure Any Necessary Financing

While we do not offer direct financing to franchisees, we may be able to provide references to qualified financing or lending resources, on a case-by-case basis.

• Initial fees cover conversion from an existing business or new business startup as well as a franchise fee.

• Ongoing fees are based on a declining scale based on revenues per year and are used to fund ongoing support services, training, as well as marketing and systems upgrades to help your business.

Sign Franchise Agreement

After we’ve reviewed your confidential information request form and you have reviewed the franchise disclosure agreement and are ready to proceed, it’s time to sign the FireSky franchise agreement.

• We are always available to answer any questions you may have before signing the agreement.

• You can count on us to keep your sensitive information confidential.

Select Your Territory
